Our History

Hallmark Shores Racquet and Residents Club was founded from humble beginnings.  On January 16, 1977, residents from the Hallmark Shores subdivision gathered in Lucius Porth's cabin to create a community club.  Hallmark Shores Racquet Club Inc. and                    were formed in February 1977.

Lucius and Edna Porth generously donated approximately six acres of land to house all amenities and greenspace for what we know today as the Hallmark Shores Racquet and Residents Club.

The Hallmark Shores Racquet and Residents club not only consists of property owners within the Hallmark Shores subdivision, but also property owners outside of Hallmark Shores who were granted access to various club amenities via a property deed.

In 2000, the Porth's transferred the right to enforce Hallmark Shores                                                   from Hallmark Shores Inc. to Hallmark Shores Racquet and Residents Club Inc.

The club's name has changed over time, but the sense of community remains the same. The Hallmark Shores Racquet and Residents Club has evolved over many generations thanks to the dedication and perseverance of its members.
